These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy published on the Website, govern the relationship between Elana Global Collection and the User.
By accessing, browsing, registering on or purchasing products through the Website, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies.

7. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
